stronghold

our villages are lying far away from eachother and thats not good when somebody is in trouble or needs recourses, so i was thinking: if everyone put one village in the center of our ally. we could more easily help eachother.

i was think around -30/20 but thats only a guess.

so lets hear what you think of it.

-30/20? most are ++ and we dominate the area I'm in

it was only a guess i dindt look at the exact spot. but somewhere in the centre of the alliance. doesnt have to be there check the photo and look for yourself and post the spot you think.

i started the building of my palace level 10, so as soon as my settlers are done i found a village in this area... thanks george!

hmmm... i'm not sure it's a good idea... all people are getting big there, so there's no oases left, and no potential farms... a new village will not survive there... and it's very far from my village, so i won't be able to help with resources fast...

and if we found ourselves a good farmable spot with a lot of newbies it would give a lot of resources and a lot of territory...


EDIT: What about (50|-50)? it would make the link between the two bunches of members and still has plenty of resources to give and players to farm...

maybe there is an other location in the middle of our alliance where we can start something like this. and i shall make a poll then we can watch what everyone thinks about it.

it's even farther to my village though. sending resources will not be easy. maybe i should build the first village near to my first, so i can build up fast, and then found a third village far. i'm gonna be stronger with two villages than with just one... any other ideas?

ya you`re right. maybe its better if we do something like this later if everyone is stronger. and i dont have any other ideas yet....

I think we'd better built 2 stongholds, because in + + there are a lot of people but also in - -.

That way, nobody have to go REALLY far from where they started.

my thoughts were this, why not have a chain of strongholds? this way no one person is very far from one of their main villages and then when they can get their next village they can move closer to an even bigger stronghold. it may help to alleviate the no farm problem as well as the no oases problem. Sort of a bunch of little strongholds leading to one big one.
